Farmer Information System (FIS)
The Farmer Information System, which was implemented under the coordination of Erzurum Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, has been effectively used throughout Erzurum province since 2021. The project provides significant convenience to farmers and the institution by digitalizing agricultural support processes.
Application Scope and Features
Support Management and Reporting
More than 20 types of agricultural subsidies are tracked and reported through the system.
Official forms are automatically generated and can be retrieved in printable format.
Automatic Farmer Notification
At every stage of the subsidies, farmers are informed by the system via automatic SMS.
Field Parcel Information Management
All field parcel information of Erzurum has been integrated into the system.
Fodder Crop Controls can be carried out at the beginning of the field through the mobile application developed; parcel area and satellite images can be viewed instantly.
Offline Mobile App Feature
The mobile application can work smoothly even in areas without internet access.
When an internet connection is provided, all parcel controls performed in the field are instantly transferred to the system.
Integrations and Additional Features
In line with the request of the institution, it is followed up in the Turkvet Breeder and Bee Information System via the Farmer Information System.
This project increases efficiency by digitalizing agricultural support processes, optimizes internal business processes and prevents grievances by providing fast and transparent services to farmers.
