Project Process Management System

The web-based application developed within the scope of this project offers an innovative solution that enables all processes to be managed and monitored effectively. The system provides a transparent and organized management experience by enabling quarterly follow-up of farmers participating in the project, reporting of processes and automatic SMS notification.

Process Management and Tracking

All stages of the project can be managed in detail through the system and the progress of farmers can be reported regularly.

Automatic SMS Sending

Applicant farmers are informed about project processes by the system via automatic SMS. The content of the SMS can be determined by the institution and personalized information can be used in the text.

User Authorization

The system supports user-based authorization. Each user can only operate within their authorization, which increases data security and control.

Log Registration and Reporting

All operations performed in the system are logged instantaneously and detailed reporting can be obtained when needed.

Inter-Institutional Cooperation

T.C. This system, which is used by Ziraat Bank, Provincial Governorships and Agriculture Provincial/District Directorates, enables all stakeholders to manage the project processes effectively.

Scope and Area of Use

The Project Process Management System software, which we developed and introduced in 2020, is actively used by Erzurum, Bayburt, Silverhane, Erzincan and Kars Provincial Directorate of Agriculture. Thanks to the Project Management System 'I Have Many Reasons to Live in My Village!' the success of the projects has been increased, all processes have been recorded and managed quickly and the motivation of the farmers to participate in the project has been supported.
